The short version

We work hard to make our software reliable, but live shows depend on many things we do not control. Please test your setup before you rely on it, and keep a backup.

Software and live use

SetStage and Arco Live are tools used on stage. They work alongside other software and hardware, such as Ableton Live, your Mac, your audio interface, your network and your MIDI gear, and we cannot test every combination.

• Our software is provided “as is”, without a promise that it will run without interruption or errors.
• Rehearse with your full setup before a show, and have a plan if something fails, such as a backup playback rig.
• To the extent the law allows, Onstage Labs is not responsible for losses caused by the software or by other equipment failing, including a stopped, delayed or wrong cue during a performance.

Nothing here limits your legal rights as a consumer, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Onstage Labs is an independent company. We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Ableton AG, Apple Inc. or any other company whose products we work with. Ableton and Live are trademarks of Ableton AG. Mac, iPhone, iPad and macOS are trademarks of Apple Inc. All other names belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

Products in development

Arco Live is in development. What we say about it, and about planned features in SetStage, describes our intentions, not a promise. Features, prices and release dates can change.

Guides, articles and the community

The documentation, blog and changelog are written in good faith as general guidance, and may be out of date or not fit your setup. Posts in the community and feature requests are written by their authors, and do not speak for Onstage Labs.

The website and links

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise that it is free of errors or always online. Links to other websites are for your convenience, and we are not responsible for what is on them.
